Underpinning the service provided is the core philosophy of taking education to the people in their workplace. Adcom Training Solutions offers training Nationally and is proud of its ability to tailor courses to allow for flexibility in learning styles eg: e-learning, distance learning, one-on-one tuition, and teleconferencing, whilst still meeting all competencies required by the Australian Quality Framework (AQF) courses of study.

Also taken into consideration is recognition of previous training. If any client has gained competencies at work or elsewhere, which are relevant to the course/qualification, then they may not have to study modules covering that content.

Our approach assists candidates in meeting all the criteria required to be awarded with specialist industry qualifications – training that reflects their experience, product knowledge and role within the organisation. A private consultant will be appointed to assist and guide you in compiling your evidence so that the work practices achieved meet the required standard.

We also offer clients a number of assessment pathways appropriate to the qualification outcome.

Following the practical training, Adcom has demonstrable experience and skill in providing or facilitating assessments, which meet the endorsed components of relevant training package(s) and/or accredited courses in the areas of recognition sought.
